Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the pk65 platform. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all balances held across the associated Accounts.
When registering a pk65 Account, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk65 Login credentials including your username and password. You agree to notify pk65 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. pk65 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials are your sole responsibility.
pk65 may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or payment methods. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, driving licence, or recent utility bill. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and, ultimately, Account closure.
All deposits to your pk65 Account must be made through payment methods accepted by the platform, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in PKR. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed on the platform's deposit page and may be updated from time to time. pk65 does not accept deposits from third parties — you may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. pk65 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Deposit and withdrawal limits applicable to your Account are displayed within your Account settings. These limits may vary based on your Account tier, verification status, and the payment method selected. pk65 reserves the right to amend limits at its sole discretion with reasonable notice where possible.
pk65 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or mobile wallet service providers. Estimated processing times displayed on the platform are indicative only. Processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically faster than bank transfers but remain subject to the relevant service providers' operational timelines.
All bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free spins, and other incentives offered by pk65 are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion as published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all bonuses credited to your pk65 Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and validity period are specified in the individual promotion terms.
pk65 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus credits and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or the systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Indicators of bonus abuse may include, without limitation, low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, staking predominantly on excluded games, or coordinated activity across multiple Accounts.

By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. pk65 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure provably fair and unpredictable outcomes. pk65 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where a technical error, malfunction, or manifest error has occurred that materially affected the outcome. All content on the pk65 platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the pk65 brand identity, is the intellectual property of pk65 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of pk65. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk65, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, data loss, or service interruption caused by circumstances beyond pk65's reasonable control including but not limited to network failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
pk65's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk65 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable belief that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where closure is required by law or regulatory obligation. Where an Account is closed by pk65 without breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance held in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of verification procedures. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be forfeited upon Account closure.
Players may close their pk65 Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued prior to the closure date.
pk65 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Account holders via email to the address on file, with a minimum of seven (7) days notice prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. Your continued use of the pk65 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk65 is licensed and incorporated. By using the pk65 platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through pk65's internal dispute resolution process.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to attempt resolution of disputes through pk65's internal process by contacting support at [email protected]. pk65 commits to acknowledging all formal disputes within five (5) business days and providing a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.
